| Mangleable tape for thermal transfer printing |

ThermoTex presents with the computer marking tape CT2041 the first material for thermal transfer printing systems which undergoes long-term washing and mangle tests.
With the new computer marking tape CT2041, thermal transfer printing is now also interesting for marking flatwork. Labels of the quality CT2041 underwent in-house washing tests as well as practical tests in laundries. The results have been very good: the labels keep their colour and shape, don't peel off the textile and guarantee an enduring sharp printing quality so that scanners can always read the printed barcodes without any problem.
ThermoTex offers the quality CT2041 as continuous material on roll in various width and as die-cut labels in the formats 41 x 14,4 mm, 53 x 19 mm and 63 x 14,4 mm. The labels can be printed with all common thermal transfer printers and are heat-sealed ten to twelve seconds with 204 °C. Corresponding ink ribbons are the ink ribbons I-C-6-sw and I-C-7-sw. With these components, the customers obtain a precise and resistant printing to maintain a reliable laundry tracking.
